Pokemon Rock The Pokemon Rock is one of Sunyshore's more famous landmarks. Resembling a Munchlax sitting in the water, a popular challenge among teens is to climb tot he top of the rock. Several names are etched into the Munchlax rock's "ears" to show who succeeded in climbing to the top. |

Rocky Beach Unlike Avalon Island's white sand beaches, Sunyshore Bay's beach is comprised of tiny pebbles, with larger rocks jutting up out of the ground. It isn't a very popular place to hang out, but at night, groups will often gather to have high-stakes Pokemon battles here. Students, though forbidden to take part in these, will often join in on them if they're looking for a little extra cash or a bit of fun. |

The Boardwalk At the end of the boardwalk is the ferry landing, for boats traveling between Sunyshore and other places, Avalon Island included. Closer to shore, however, the boardwalk turns into a major attraction, with amusement park rides, arcades, food stands, carnival games, and even a mini golf course lining either side. It's packed during the daytime, and still pretty crowded during the night! |
