Solar Street is unique in that the entire street is made up of solar panels. As such, motor traffic is blocked from traveling down this road. Tall buildings line either side of the street, with shops and restaurants on the bottom floors, and offices located above.

Faculty and students over eighteen can move into Avalon Apartments if they want. The apartments allow older students a bit more freedom, and the rent is reasonable compared to other places in Sunyshore.

Business District !!
Sunyshore's business district is home to some of the tallest buildings in Sinnoh. It is also one of the best places to go shopping aside from Sunyshore Market, especially since the Market can get very crowded during the day.
